Delivery time

All orders are shipped with DPD Food. The delivery time within Germany is normally 1-2 working days and 7 working days for shipping within the EU and Switzerland.

Shipping schedule

We ship our goods from Monday to Wednesday.

Transport damage

We try to pack our products as securely as possible. If, despite this, a product is broken, please send us a photo of the damaged item and the outer packaging. Any damages that have occurred during shipping must provide image proof for insurance purposes. Otherwise, unfortunately, we cannot compensate you for any damage.
